Pricing

The gite can accommodate up to 6 adults and an infant under the age of 6 months. The prices below are for the entire gite and not per person. They include the provision of bed linens and towels. No additional cleaning fee is added, although we would ask that you kindly leave the gite in the same state as you found it.

Base Price

• €200 per night low season
• €225 per night high season (school holidays and public holidays)

Reductions

• 7th night free
• €50 reduction per night when reserved for only two people who share the same bedroom

Supplements

• €50 if only two nights booked
• €75 if only 1 night booked

Additional information

• Prices can be provided in £ using rates at the time of booking
• Payment can be made in £ or € to either a UK bank account or to a French bank account
• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, and receipt will be acknowledged to you
• The booking may be cancelled up to 2 weeks before the date of arrival upon email notification, which must be acknowledged by us, and the deposit will be returned.
• The balance should be paid 15 days before arrival, and receipt will be acknowledged to you.
• If the reservation is cancelled within the 15 day window the following will apply :-
  • Between 6 and 14 days – the balance less the deposit will be returned to you
  • Between 3 and 5 days – a partial refund of the balance, less the deposit will be returned to you
  • 2 days or less, no refund will be made
• If the balance has not been received 2 weeks before arrival, a reminder email will be sent to you. If the balance has still not been received after 48 hours of the reminder email being sent, it will be assumed that you no longer wish to come, and the reservation will be cancelled. No refund of the deposit will be made.
• A security deposit of €1000 (or £ equivalent) should be paid on arrival in the form of a cash or cheque. This will be returned to you on departure, providing there has been no damage to the property and that it has been left in a reasonable state of cleanliness

We can offer the following payable services (payment in cash, unless otherwise agreed):-

• Provision of croissants and bread (except Sunday mornings)
• Evening meals
• Sale of home produce, such as eggs, apple juice, honey, jam and fruits in season (subject to availability)
• Guided road or mountain bike tours, with or without picnic
• Guided walking tours
• Guided motorbike tours, with or without picnic
• Informal wine tasting in our vaulted wine cellar
• An introduction to beekeeping
• In the event of any forgotten items, such as toiletries, plug adapters, swimming towels etc, we always have some spare items here, which can be sold to you at cost (or for towels, hired for a minimum fee)
